Wanted to take a brief minute, pop in and say hey! I hope everyone is doing well & enjoying this holiday season. Coach & I are spending loads of time with family, friends, and the asphalt highway. I think we’ve driven enough miles to make it cross country ha!

We’ve encountered chickens, rain (oh my!), suppositories, odd folks, good food, lots of hugs & sloppy kisses, midnite runs with old cars, winches, and lots of coffee of various quality.

One more day of this overwhelming family love then it’s back to the valley. I’m bringing back stories, memories, and a worn out body.

Being an adult is like looking both ways before you cross the street and then getting hit by an airplane.

  1. I had Mexican coffee one time. My Hispanic friends were drinking that stuff like it was Folgers. One cup and I felt my heart remind me I’m just an American. I was up for three days. I got a lot of cleaning done though.

There should be a warning label on that stuff. Label: If you weakly Americans survive this, expect hair growth on your chest. That was like 10 years ago and I sometimes think I still see a hair or two. One cup girl, one cup.

You encountered suppositories. I have no comment, none at all. I’ll just wait for the story.

  2. Happy 2013 to you and yours! Safe travels. Best always, Christie

  3. Family love makes it all worth it. All of it!

  4. Glad you checked in. Were you still able to get the free three months flickr?

  5. No cars, winches, suppositories or chickens here. But I can definitely relate. It’s just that this year, we opted to stay home. 🙂 Take care and rest when you can.

  6. You are blessed.
