I have spent the better part of today trying to figure out what the perfect birthday dinner is. At 4:18PM this afternoon, I still have no clue. None. And time is running out.

Today is Coach’s birthday. I wanted to make it a special day with great food and all that stuff. But I’m lost. It’s hard when I can’t plan a specific time for dinner… I don’t know why the time matters but somehow it does. At this point, I’m thinking of picking up something to bring home that will only requiring warming up when he gets home.

The thing for me to remember is that it really doesn’t matter. He knows I love him. He knows he is my rock. So no matter what I get for dinner, he’ll be happy to eat it with me. That’s what is important.

I’m sounding like a big ol mush bucket LOL

The weekend has been calm for the most part. Football and all that but otherwise it was calm. I took some pictures that I like… I tried some new things with my camera that I’ve been reading about…

There’s something about this picture that I really like. And actually, I like that their heads are cut off…

So close to the big TD but not quite close enough….

I’ve been having fun with the effects that a slower shutter speed along with panning is creating.

I was asked the other day if I might be interested in doing school pictures for a small private school. Yes, indeed, I would be interested. I’ll find out more about it and see if we can reach an agreement later this week.

Okay, I’m off in search of the birthday dinner. Wish me luck! And here’s some pictures of Coach being Coach….

Being an adult is like looking both ways before you cross the street and then getting hit by an airplane.

  1. Happy belated birthday, Coach. Love your photo techniques! I had a private company do our school photos in my own ‘small, private school.’ They were so much better than the big companies. Don’t you need of equipment, though?

  2. And happy birthday from here as well.

  3. Happy Birthday Coach! Clink !!
