just hanging out here this morning at work… i’m beat.. tired… ugh!

we had a lovely time last night with coach’s family… good people… lots of love in that house

our plans for Christmas Eve were to get up and moving, run a few last minute errands and then try to hit the matinee showing of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo… i’ve been waiting with great anticipation for that movie to be out… the books are fantastic…

but we were running behind.. we had plans to be with coach’s family around 6ish.. that movie is a long one so there was no way we’d make it in time with a later showing… ah well… it will be around for a while i suspect

and since we didn’t make the movie, we had a bit of time to kill… so we hit Starbucks… love that place

that bag… that one with the nutcracker on it… oh my.. the most moist and delectable cinnamon swirl pound cake came out of that bag… mmmmmm

Being an adult is like looking both ways before you cross the street and then getting hit by an airplane.

  1. I want to see the movie too, will wait for it to come out on DVD since I think movie theaters are too LOUD (yes I’m the deaf one lol) and Merry Ho! Ho! Ho! to you!

  2. Merry Christmas. I hope it, and the coming year are full of health and happiness.

  3. I have never read the books but like the trailer I’ve seen on that movie. Glad you guys had a great time.
I have never been in a StarBucks. There maybe one 98+ miles away though 😉
Have a nice day even though you are working.

  4. We have a Starbucks that looks just like that! hee hee

I am not a Starbucks girl. Here in Canada it is Canadian to love Tim Horton’s. They don’t have the same delicious goodies as Starbucks but the coffee is better. Anyway, I am rambling. (Forgive me, I have a cold.)

    Merry Christmas you sweet lady.
